Adani Milk Tea (Shay Adani)

Creamy Yemeni-Style Chai

Derived from Our Yemeni Kitchen, What Makes Adani Tea So Special?.

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. In a pot or kettle, add 6 cups of water.
  2. Bring it to a boil over medium heat.
  3. Add sugar and stir to dissolve.
  4. Lower the heat and add black tea, cardamom, and cloves.
  5. Let it simmer gently for 5 minutes.
  6. Pour in the evaporated milk and continue simmering on low heat for 10 minutes.
  7. Skim off any froth from the top.
  8. Strain the tea into a serving teapot or cup.
